• What is the clear concrete goal of this measure?
• How does this help the organization?
• Plan the scope of the project objectively. Can it actually be covered by PRO BONO?
• Be realistic: PRO-BONO services are not suitable for short-term projects and those that are beyond a two-year plan. A clear, realistic period must be set out.
• What knowledge do we need about your organization, the industry and your target group?
• Are all members of your organization that are involved open to the project, have time to accompany this project and then implement the results afterwards?
